Pearl Baptist would like to provide a simple Christmas “gift” to our church family & community for those who are in need, have recently experienced sickness/surgery, or just need some special encouragement this season.   

We will be providing fully cooked traditional Christmas dinners on Saturday, December 13.  Meals will be available at 5pm and can be either picked up or delivered. 

If you know someone that would be blessed by a meal, please complete the form and submit their name on their behalf.  If you submit a form for them, we are hopeful that you will be willing to deliver the meal to them.   

If you are unable to deliver, please list their DELIVERY ADDRESS so that we can arrange for someone to deliver to that family.  

If you are submitting the request for YOUR OWN FAMILY, we ask that you add in the delivery address on the form OR you can simply put “PICK-UP” if you’d like to drop by and get your own meal. 

Meals are carry-out only.
