Jason Carroll

MINISTRY EXPERIENCE: : Jason and his family started coming to Pearl in January of 2024 and joined the Pearl staff in April of 2025. Jason brings over 10 years of ministry experience where he largely served as a Student Minister at previous churches. “My main focus in ministry is discipleship. I stand firm in the truth of God’s word and want to share that truth with others.”

FAMILY: Jason and his wife Kelly met at Thrift Baptist in Charlotte in 1992. They began dating in 1997 and got married in 2002. They purchased their first home and lived in Mt. Holly for 18 years and now reside in Iron Station. They have one daughter, Michal, who is 12 years old. Jason is a bi-vocational pastor who also works full-time in the HVAC industry. Jason enjoys gaming, golf, and anything that goes fast and is loud when doing it. Kelly works in healthcare and has a passion for women’s ministry, loves to read and go to the beach with her family. “I have no doubt that God ordained for Kelly and I to meet and she has been my biggest supporter throughout our friendship, marriage, and ministry.” Michal loves horse back riding, golf, and running cross country

EDUCATION: Jason has an Associate’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Fruitland Baptist Bible College and a BS in Business Leadership from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
